Amsterdam – My Home

“Amsterdam – My Home” is a passion project by landscape photographer Albert Dros who is currently based – you guessed it – in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He used his COVID-19 quarantine to post-process two years of Amsterdam time lapse footage into the video you can watch below. Above all, he shares a great deal of insight, pulled frames and behind-the-scenes shots about the project via www.timelapseamsterdam.com

You can tell how much passion Albert Dros has poured into this project. It makes us want to visit Amsterdam right away!

Future is Bright – a Timelapse Film

“Future is Bright” is a video by Tomasz Walczak, a time lapse creator based in Poland. His area of expertise is creating awesome hyperlapse videos. He combined hyperlapse videos with drone and real-time footage to create an uplifting video for difficult times like this one right now.

The seamless editing and the use of an FPV racing drone make this video stand out.

Power Up Hong Kong

This stunning piece of time lapse post-production completes our list of outstanding time lapse videos in June 2020. Patrick Cheung, also known as PowerUpTimelapse, is a time lapse and landscape photographer based in Hong Kong. He chose this vibrant city to be the subject of his latest project. In his piece “Power Up Hong Kong”, he plays with a lot of cool effects. This results in a video which is very entertaining and fun to watch until the end.

What we love about “Power Up Hong Kong” are its unique effects, which are perfectly timed to its soundtrack.
